Post Production Supervisor
I've spent my entire professional life at 30 Rockefeller Center.

Matt Yonks once sat a record number of detentions for cutting class to watch Saturday Night Live reruns on cable. His principal said he’d never get a job doing that. Twenty-six years with the show suggest otherwise.
As Saturday Night Live’s Post-Production Supervisor and Archivist, Matt has built a career in late-night entertainment at the intersection of comedy, storytelling, and technology. He leads post-production work across short-form comedy and digital content, helping bring ambitious pieces from edit to air on the demanding schedule of a weekly live show. His knowledge of the SNL archive also helps filmmakers find the moments that tell a story beyond the familiar clips. For SNL’s 50th anniversary, Matt’s work spanned Ladies & Gentlemen… 50 Years of SNL Music, the Beyond Saturday Night documentary series, SNL50: The Homecoming Concert at Radio City Music Hall, and other anniversary documentaries and specials.
His work beyond SNL includes Field Generals: History of the Black Quarterback and an Andrew Santino comedy special. Across live television, documentaries, specials, and digital comedy, Matt brings decades of post-production experience to stories built to connect with audiences.
